Murrells Inlet, SC (October 2024) — As an abundance of caution, Legacy Village of Murrells Inlet has postponed their ribbon cutting event due to potentially severe weather from Hurricane Milton. The event, scheduled for October 10th, will be moved to a later date.
Legacy Village of Murrells Inlet prioritizes resident care and safety first. Due to the community being located on the outskirts of the anticipated path, Legacy Village wants to be prepared and ready in case the hurricane were to shift in any way.
“Our focus this week will be on resident safety, life enriching activities and top-notch service. We look forward to celebrating our beautiful renovation with you soon. Stay tuned for the rescheduled date!” said Cindy Reinheimer, Executive Director of Legacy Village of Murrells Inlet.
Legacy Village of Murrells Inlet operates with the mission, “to serve our residents with honor, respect, faith and integrity.” The community is proud to offer a senior living community to Murrells Inlet that allows residents to live each day to the fullest, providing an intentional and meaningful community, comfortable amenities and peace of mind for family members.
Recently purchased by Legacy Senior Living, Legacy Village of Murrells Inlet has undergone an extensive renovation. The community received freshly painted walls, new lighting, furniture, décor and art. The remodel of the memory care neighborhood, The Harbor at Legacy Village, was complete with color schemes, décor and furniture that reflects the 1950’s era to stimulate memories of younger years for those suffering from memory loss.
